The challenge for me is to define clearly what I am offering the realtor so that you see instantly what the services and benefits are of hiring me to shoot that property. I hope the slide-show at the left illustrates the types of imagery I create. First, I shoot RAW photographs, then process the photographs to either Hi-Res Jpeg or HDR images. HDR is the best possible photographic image when it comes to showcasing homes and commercial buildings. You benifit by having the best possible images to help market your properties and should translate into faster sales and better customer service hands down.

Basic Packages $200

Description: The basic package is for an average sized three bedroom bungalow with attached garage, anywhere within Calgary city limits.

• An average of 10 hi-res images including post-processing.
• 24 hour complete turnkey service (on request).
• One 3D gallery or Slideshow for web presentations, plus 3 months of online servies.
• Proprietary access to online Proofing gallery with download access.
• This service is available at these rates on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Basic Package Add-Ons

• Reprocessing image to Black and White, $20 per image.
• Executable files for the 3D and slideshow projects, $20 per project.
• Additional post processing $75 per hour
• A CD/DVD plus postage and handling of the project, $20 per project.

Bad weather guarantee: Blow-out days will be rescheduled at photographer’s convenience if the session is not completed.
